(delegates).

The GTC Group are seeking applications from professional freelance Trainers/Consultants
who are passionate about their chosen profession; proud of their achievements; possess an

experience and qualifications in conducting short term professional training courses for our
high-profile clients in the key faculty areas of:

Description

Are you ready for a life-changing opportunity to boost your earnings in foreign currencies? We are searching for experienced salespeople/business partners with high net worth contacts in key sectors across the six regions of Nigeria. The ideal candidates must have strong relationships and network within key sectors and organisations that require our training, energy, I.T and consulting services. The role is a part-time role, most suited for those already in employment, self-employed or retirees; generally, anyone looking for a high-earning second income. Suitable candidates must be able to support themselves in the role, and work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. Suitable candidates must also be conversant with the use of computer programs and can easily adapt to using sales applications like Microsoft CRM.

Key Objectives of the Job

• Introduce/present GTC products and services (Training, Energy, I.T, Consulting) to private and public sector organisations at the C-suite level

• Identify/Initiate high-value opportunities at the C-suite level

• Pickup high-value opportunities within key sectors

• Secure high-value sales of GTC products and services

• Updating the Microsoft CRM with Activities and Opportunities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales and activity targets set each month by the Country Director

• Maintain an agreed level of proactive contact with both existing and prospective clients

• Ensure those client complaints, issues and queries reach a successful and appropriate conclusion. Where relevant, such matters must be escalated to the country director.

• Meet and exceed the agreed KPIs

• Perform any ad hoc duties deemed appropriate by the operations team, territory manager, and directors

Remuneration

High Sales Commission percentage (Above industry average) paid in Naira and USD

Qualifications

• Bachelors or postgraduate degree in any discipline

• Accreditations and top-level memberships of professional bodies will be an added advantage

Knowledge and experience

• Cognate experience in key sectors within the specified cities in Nigeria

• Minimum of 15 years experience (verifiable)

• Strong personal network, influence and relationships in key sectors and industries (public, private, non-profit)

• Self-motivated with excellent leadership qualities

• Must be able to work remotely and independently

• Ability to drive the sales pipeline for 8-figure deals

• Knowledge of Sales Force or CRM Dynamics Sales will be an added advantage
