Course Outcomes
Delegates will gain knowledge and skills to:
Apply the International Project Management Standards from the Project Management Institute (the PMBOK® Guide) to real-world situations
Manage a project through each stage of the project management life cycle
Develop a project plan that balances scope, time, cost, and risk
Recognise the difference between delivering value and just being ‘on schedule’
This course is registered with the Project Management Institute (PMI)® R.E.P. Programme. As an R.E.P., GTC has been approved by PMI to issue applicable Professional Development Units (PDUs) for its Training courses.
PMI allows credential holders to apply PDUs to the maintenance of their credentials. One (1) PDU is equivalent to one (1) contact hour of Training. Five (5) PDUs will be awarded for each training day.
GTC have been awarded the Provider of Training Excellence by the Continuing Professional Development Standards Office (CPDSO). For attending this course, you will be entitled to CPD Credits based on the number of hours of attendance.
Accordingly, you will be entitled to six CPD Credits for each day and you will also receive a CPD Recognised e-certificate upon completion of your programme.
