There are two ways you can book on a GTC course

  • Visit the Course Calendar page on the GTC NIGERIA website, select your desired course, click on ‘Enroll Now’ button on the right-hand side of the page, and provide the details as required on the form.
  • Send an email to [email protected] with a request to book on a GTC course.
  • Once your application is reviewed and approved by GTC, you will receive an invoice. Upon full payment of the course fee, a Firm Letter will be issued confirming your booking.

We offer courses in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Calabar, and various locations in Nigeria. We also offer customized courses in all major cities in Nigeria. Please visit the Training Location menu on the GTC Nigeria website for more information.

Yes, we offer and continue to deliver customized/tailored trainings that empower individuals and organizations in reaching their full potentials for meaningful results. For instructor-led or classroom-based trainings at GTC, participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet for optimal learning engagement. If you are unable to bring a device, please contact us in advance so we can support your participation. For online or virtual training programmes, delegates will also need reliable internet access and a laptop or tablet capable of running Microsoft Teams for video conferencing. Detailed technical requirements and setup instructions will be provided before the course begins to ensure a smooth learning experience.

We offer delegates a selection of local hotels and other accommodation options that fit various budgets. For more choices and easy reservations, we recommend using booking.com.

If you’re unavailable for any of the listed course dates, please contact us to discuss alternative options. We can inform you of future schedules, suggest similar courses, or explore the possibility of customized training to suit your availability.

All course fees must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the start of the course (or immediately for late bookings). Please refer to our Booking Terms and Conditions for payment details.

Yes. Upon completion of the GTC course, all participants will receive a dual certificate: a GTC Certificate of Completion and a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate with earned credit units.

After your application has been reviewed and approved by GTC, you will be issued an invoice. Upon confirmation of full payment of the course fee, you will be provided with a Firm letter.

We accept the following convenient payment methods:

  • Local Bank Transfers – Payments can be made in naira to the bank account provided on your invoice.
  • Credit Card – We also accept credit card payments and will provide secure online payment instructions upon request.

Please note that we do not accept payments by cash or cheque.

If you need to cancel your course booking, you must send a written notification at least 14 days before the course begins. With this advance notice, there will be no cancellation fee unless you have previously changed the course. If you provide a written notice less than 14 days, you are required to pay the full course fee.

GTC reserves the right to cancel or change a course without any liability, penalty or compensation, as long as you have at least 14 days’ notice. If we cancel or amend a course, we will try to offer you an alternative course, date, or location at the same fee originally paid, regardless of any change in published prices. If none of the offered alternatives are suitable, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please note that GTC will not be responsible for any additional costs you may incur, such as flights or accommodation, if a course is cancelled.

If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please do not hesitate to inform us. We take all complaints, suggestions, and feedback very seriously. We will make every effort to address and resolve your complaint promptly. You can always contact us via our Support link for any and all concerns that needs prompt attention.

Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an email confirmation, including a Firm letter and invoice to facilitate registration and payment for the selected GTC course.

Yes, all participants are expected to adhere to a corporate dress code throughout their training sessions. Exceptions are made only for study tours or specific activities that necessitate specialized attire; for instance, an Oil/Energy training may require delegates to wear factory uniforms. The corporate dress code also facilitates the taking of professional photographs during the certificate award ceremony, enabling trainers and fellow participants to commemorate these significant achievements appropriately. NOTE: Delegates may dress in office wears and are allowed to dress in corporate or smart casuals for training. However, delegates may wish to appear corporate on designated days for group photographs.

GTC Training is offered through two main methods: Instructor-Led Training, conducted in a traditional classroom setting; and Virtual Training, where participants learn remotely through interactive digital platforms, and other methods such as e-learning where delegates can go through a customized training session based on request.

Yes, all delegates have access to fast internet service throughout the duration of their Course. This ensures you can stay connected and fully participate in all activities required during the training.

All course applications must be submitted at least 14 days before the course start date. Please make sure to complete and submit your registration promptly to guarantee a valid registration.
