Course Overview

The Chief Product Owner makes the day-to-day business decisions in the case of large projects with numerous Scrum Teams and multiple Product Owners. The Chief Product Owner prepares and maintains the overall Prioritized Product Backlog for the large project, using it to coordinate work through the Product Owners of the Scrum Teams.

The aim of the SSPOC™ course is to: Provide an understanding of the principles in the Scrum framework; Provide a practical working knowledge of Scrum including roles, meetings, and artifacts; Prepare participants to be comfortable with implementing Scrum in their organizations; and Prepare participants to take SSPOC™ exam upon completion of the course

Examination Guidelines

At the end of the course, you will be invited to book a ‘Proctored’ 90 minutes’ duration online exam with 70 choice questions. One mark will be awarded for every right answer and no negative marks will be given for wrong answers.

Prerequisite

It is mandatory to complete the Scrum Product Owner Certified SPOC™ certification before applying for the Scaled Scrum Product Owner certification. You should have a minimum three years of experience in managing Scrum/Agile projects.

Who Should Attend

This course is appropriate for professionals interested in obtaining a working knowledge of Scrum and planning to become a Chief Product Owner, or Program Product Owner, or Portfolio Product Owner.
