The curriculum examines successful and failed PPP projects, helping participants appreciate how sector-specific dynamics affect the viability and performance of PPPs. Each project presents distinct challenges, regulatory environments, financial structures, and risk profiles, requiring tailored PPP models and innovative delivery mechanisms.
