There are two ways you can book for a course

  • Visit the Course Calendar page of our website, select a desired course, click on ‘Enroll Now’ button on the right-hand side of the page, and provide the details as required on the form.
  • Send an email to [email protected] with a request to book for a course

Once your application is reviewed and approved by GTC Group, you will receive an acceptance letter along with an invoice. Upon full payment of the course fee, a visa support letter will be issued to assist with your visa application at the British Embassy or High Commission.

At GTC Group, all our courses are delivered in English. Therefore, a good command of English typically at an advanced level is essential to fully benefit from the training. If you are unsure about your English proficiency or your ability to keep up with the course content, please contact us through our Support link. Upon request, we can also arrange customized training programmes to be delivered in other languages as many of our expert training consultants are fluent in multiple languages such as French, Arabic, and Spanish.

For instructor-led or classroom-based training at GTC Group, participants are encouraged to bring a laptop or tablet for optimal learning engagement. If you are unable to bring a device, please contact us in advance so we can support your participation. For online or virtual training programmes, delegates will also need reliable internet access and a laptop or tablet capable of running Microsoft Teams for video conferencing. Detailed technical requirements and setup instructions will be provided before the course begins to ensure a smooth learning experience.

We offer delegates a selection of local hotels and other accommodation options that fit various budgets. For more choices and easy reservations, we recommend using booking.com.

If you’re unavailable for any of the listed course dates, please contact us to discuss alternative options. We can inform you of future schedules, suggest similar courses, or explore the possibility of customized training to suit your availability.

All course fees must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the start of the course (or immediately for late bookings). Please refer to our Booking Terms and Conditions for payment details.

Yes. Upon completion of the course, all participants will receive a dual certificate: a GTC Certificate of Completion and a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certificate with earned credits. 

After your application has been reviewed and approved by GTC Group, you will be issued an official acceptance letter and a corresponding invoice. Upon confirmation of full payment of the course fee, we will provide a visa support letter to facilitate your visa application process at the British Embassy or High Commission. This letter confirms your enrolment and is intended to support your visa interview. We strongly advise applicants to begin the visa process early and consult the relevant embassy for specific requirements.

We accept the following convenient payment methods:

  • International Bank Transfers – Payments can be made in dollars, pounds sterling, and euros to the bank account provided on your invoice (included with your registration confirmation).
  • Credit Card – We also accept credit card payments and will provide secure online payment instructions upon request.

Please note: we do not accept payments by cash or cheque.

If you need to cancel your course booking, you must send a written notification at least 14 days before the course begins. With this advance notice, there will be no cancellation fee unless you have previously changed the course. If you provide a written notice less than 14 days, you are required to pay the full course fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or change a course without owing any penalty or compensation, as long as we give you at least 14 days’ notice. If we cancel or amend a course, we will try to offer you an alternative course, date, or location at the same fee you originally paid, regardless of any changes in published prices. If none of the offered alternatives are suitable, you are entitled to a full refund.

Please note that we will not be responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as flights or accommodation, if a course is cancelled.

If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please do not hesitate to inform us. We take all complaints, suggestions, and feedback very seriously. We will make every effort to address and resolve your complaint promptly. You can always contact us via our Support link for any and all concerns that needs prompt attention. 

Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive an email confirmation, including a registration letter and invoice to facilitate payment for the selected course.

Yes, all participants are expected to adhere to a corporate dress code throughout their training sessions. Exceptions are made only for study tours or specific activities that necessitate specialized attire; for instance, an Oil/Energy training may require delegates to wear factory uniforms. The corporate dress code also facilitates the taking of professional photographs during the certificate award ceremony, enabling trainers and fellow participants to commemorate these significant achievements appropriately.

GTC Training is offered through two main methods: Instructor-Led Training, conducted in a traditional classroom setting, Virtual Training, where participants learn remotely through interactive digital platforms, and other methods such as tailored training where delegates can go through a customized training session based on request.   

Yes, all delegates have access to fast internet service throughout the duration of their course training. This ensures you can stay connected and fully participate in all activities required during the training.

All course applications must be submitted at least 14 days before the course start date. Please make sure to complete your registration promptly to guarantee your place.
