All course fees / invoices must be paid in full no later than14 days prior to the start of the course.
Your course is NOT confirmed until payment has been received.
Certification and optional business tool are dependent upon course fees being paid in full prior to attendance.
Attendance may be re-scheduled once bookings have been made / confirmed.
Intention to transfer / re-schedule by the client must be sent in writing (e-mail) at least 14 days prior to the start of the course, we cannot accept any requests to transfer / re-schedule within 14 days of the due date.
Delegates are permitted to make one change to the scheduled date.
Should you transfer a booking to an alternative date / location and fail to attend, the full invoice value / fee is due and no refund can be made.
A written notification of cancellation should be sent at least 14 days prior to the start of the course, we cannot accept any requests to cancel within 14 days of the due date.
If you fail to notify us in writing of cancellation 14 days before the due date, you will be responsible for the full invoice value / fee.
Delegates who fail to attend on the due date will not be entitled to a full refund.
GTC reserves the right to cancel or amend a course without penalty or compensation; we will provide you with 14 days written notice. Where possible GTC will offer you an alternative course / date / location, should the alternatives not be satisfactory you will be entitled to a full refund.
In the event of a course being cancelled, GTC will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the cancellation of flights, accommodation.
