The objective is to develop a comprehensive knowledge base that helps students to function effectively as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in various projects.

The participants will be prepared to take Six Sigma Lean Black Belt certification exam and pass. Also, they will be able to apply the concepts in their day to day jobs.
At the end of the course, you will be invited to book a ‘Proctored’ 180 minutes’ duration online exam with 125 multiple choice questions. One mark will be awarded for every right answer and no negative marks will be given for wrong answers.
